If you’re not happy with your gaming consoles or accessories for any reason, we offer a return and refund policy to ensure your peace of mind. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

Return Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Initiate a Return Request: Contact our customer service team, or Email: support@expressgamez.com within 1 to 3 days of the delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive RMA and Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return shipping address.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any other included materials. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Item: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
- Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 5 business days for processing your return.
- Refund or Exchange: If your return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to our policy (see below).
Refund Options
Upon approval of your return, we offer the following refund options:
- Full Refund: A full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item, excluding any original shipping costs, will be issued if the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, and the item is returned within the eligible timeframe and conditions.
- Partial Refund: A partial refund may be issued if the item is not returned in its original condition, is missing parts, or is returned after the eligible timeframe. The amount of the partial refund will be determined at our discretion, depending on the condition of the item.
- Store Credit: You may choose to receive store credit for the full or partial value of the returned item. Store credit can be used for future purchases at Express Gamez.
- Exchange: We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size/color (if applicable), or for an item of equal value. If the new item has a higher price, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. The actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above. Indicate that you would like an exchange and specify the desired replacement item (size, color, etc.). Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:
- A defective or damaged item.
- An error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for the reasonable cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs. We may require you to provide photos of the damaged or defective item.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will issue a full refund. If the order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process to receive a refund.
